WebbIt was mostly in my right lung but kinda hurt both. Wasn't super painful but it was consistent and worried me. I went to doc had an echokardiogram and nothing came up. The docs could see some wear n tear on my lungs from years of blazing and dabbing but nothing serious. The pain only went away when I recently quit sorry to say
